Yes they really have disappeared. There service is crap and there dish don't catch signals in all areas.My friend from satar road was such disappointed that he broke into reliance office.:hysterical:

The plan costs about Rs. 750 pm for a 4GB upto 2Mbps connection. He said that they'll install an antenna (costing around Rs. 10K) on the roof and run a wire (probably ethernet) from it to the computer. Installation charge is Rs. 500. There is no charge for the antenna which probably has to be kept in good condition.

Hi guys, Does anyone know a reseller or distributor of these WIMAX services from Reliance, i called those guys a few time at the call center for a connection and they promised that they would get a sales guy to call me but its been nearly a month since i got a response from them. can anyone help !

My frnd has a RIL Wimax connection with 2MBPS speed.. He hardly gets 20kbps download speed..where as I have RIL Wired broadband and I get 35kbps download speed on my 300kbps connection .. WIMAX truly sucks ..

see its like ... when they set up your connection - they check the signal - and that signal changes from time to time - it it goes too low - then so does ur download speed - so keep changing it ... someone has put tips as of how to do it ...
