How do you upgrade to 1.2mbps on wirefree, is it automatic?

Here is Reliance crookedness comes into play....if you are a 1mbps customer they WILL NOT upgrade you to 1.2. But if you buy new connection default plan is 1.2 instead of 1 now. So you have to surrender existing and get a new one (;))...... so old customers left to rot

Is Reliance wireline always delivered on fiber to the house right up to your modem? What modem do they give you?

Well Guys,I have been using Reliance from past three years. and I have a very good experience. Not only they offer good plans, their customer service has also improved alot now. I think many times, problem is not with service provider...rather the problem is with our very own System. If their are too many virus, or system is not upgraded or we are using pirated softwares etc. . or something else then also service is effected. Initially it happened with me also, as my LAN card was faulty due to moisture and i blamed Reliance for that. But when i realized that problem is with my PC...i upgraded it and now its running good. Reliance Internet services are free from server downtime like Airtel and BSNL. I would suggest you to go for Reliance.

which plan do you have. wireless depends upon the availability of tower signal in your area .. also there should be a line of sight between the tower and wimax antennae .any shift in antennae or obstacle between the line of sight will cause your signals to drop badly . which can only be rectified by calling the reliance guy home. whereas wired is just a rj45 wire pulled in ur home connected directly. i cant say for wireline ,but i have a wimax connection and uptime is awesome . however the latency to reach servers are high. hence if you game online or use voip for chat then wimax is not recommended. So its all upon your needs . personally id go for wireline but thats not feasible where i live

wirefree 1mbit, no cap, speeds 120-130kbps. Stable connection. Screwed up during bad weather much like DTH services. Downtime- once a month a few hours.
