Reliance wired Broadband connection

Is any 1 from Bangalore taken Reliance wired broadband service. If so how is the service? If yes from which area ru from?

I have used the reliance wired broadband services for almost 2 years in Marathalli. Apart than CC, Everything is better. Remember, Reliance doesnt support WiFi Yet.

Who cares whether reliance supports Wi-Fi? Having a Wi-Fi router & a little bit configuration works fine.

I dont require wifi. How is the service? i mean downtime n if u get problem how long they take to sort out?

Here in Hyd the service is pretty good...... within a couple of hours (within 12 hours) tech is sent to your house..... did not face any major downtime during the last 6 months so cannot comment much....... also reaching the support via telephone is not a problem might need to hold for a minute or two.
