Reliance wired broadband Dog slow today

Hi I am using reliance wired broadband in hyderabad and its dog slow today lot of packet loss and web-browsing is also very sluggish anybody else facing this issue the sluggishness started from today morning (Friday 11 feb).

Speeds are back.............. dont know what was wrong but it was very slow for about 3-5 hours, even BSNL 3G at that time was very slow here pages timing out in hyderabad during that time.
