guys does reliance accept lease/rent agreement as address proof. My father has PAN card for photo id proof. So will they accept it?

yes i know that PAN card cannot be rejected. But as i am shifting home, I requested for change of address in ration card, they said to come after jan 10th. Now they r not changing voter id also. So let me shift my home n call reliance guy n lets see
