Removing Dual-boot of 98 and XP !

I have a dual boot of windows 98 and windows XP pro.Windows 98 doesn't work (in the C: drive it is, and doesn't work means.... well, after selecting it from dual-boot screen , nothin happens, nothin!)Windows XP is on other partition on Disk 2 ( Win 98 on Disk 1 ).could not format C: drive, and searched the internet for possible solutions but all of them went over my head! Please, if someone had same problem and solved it ,help! Others too plz help!

If you just want to remove the "win 98" option from the boot menu its enough to edit the boot.ini file on C:. Open the file in notepad and remove the line containing "Windows 98".

no, i want to remove win98 completely and regain the 4GB space (C: drive)!
