Hello,

If I am replacing my router with new one, Should I be calling ACT and ask them to register new router WAN port MAC address with them?
Or can I simply configure new router with ACT username and password and start using it?

if you are using PPPoE (i.e. act user id and password configured on your router) then there is no need to call ACT for updating the MAC .

if u r using act GPON ftth connection esp with Nokia router , ask act fibernet support 1st . Because other router won't work .

I just wanted to confirm that I was able to swap to openwrt router without calling ISP.
