my problem

sir,

for past 4 days we(my friends also) r facing problem in poor video clarity in all sundirect logo channels(sun tv.k tv,sun music,gemini,tega,gemini music etc).I saw a blurred video in sun tv also last week.video quality of the sunnetwork channels is very low(i mean very very dull) compare other tamil network channels especially sun direct logo channels.kindly solve this problem as soon as possible....

suggestions:
1.improve video clarity in all sundirect logo channels
2.sound quality should be improved from mono to stereo

questions:
1.when u introduce star,Sony,zee package to us
2.when will provide us opentv software(interactive services)

We have kept our Audio & Video level as per the specific Limit.

I think your STB getting problem,

I will try to solve this Issue.

my problem resolved in eveing itself.now quality of picture improved in all channels...by complaing to nodal officer &cc.....
