Resetting of password by BSNL

I have a new experience. Some blokes of BSNL, Kolkata did reset my password to default on the night of 22-08-2007 and never informed me. So I had a nightmare for 10 days and did everything that I could think of and dream of. The connection was possible when I thought of this remote possibility and changed the password in my router. What is your experience ?

ya, me two have suffered from a similar problem 3 times.actually, if they 2times they reseted my password widout any reason and once becoz they found that my id was hacked.
