Restart airfiber router scam by airtel?

I am using airtel airfiber wifi since 3 months
I have subscribed 100Mbps plan, Most of the times my speed goes down to 1.7Mbps.
Now whenever I call customer care to report my speed problem
they put me on hold
and just restart the router(ODU & IDU) from their end
then for sometime my speed goes close to 100Mbps
then again after sometime it gets reduced,

is this scam? is airtel purposefully reducing my internet speed?

I recently bought airtel air fiber just two weeks ago, i am also facing the same issue exactly like you. When ever I reach to customer care they restart and for sometime it's okay again get back to slow speed

its your fault for getting airfiber connection. both jio and airtel both are running a scam by the name of airfiber. if there is ANY fiber, even BSN please take it. throw airfiber in the bin
