I have a 60 Mbps plan. It was giving symmetrical download and upload speeds of 61-62 Mbps with ping around 4-5 ms. Recently, the LAN port in the ONT stopped working. When I connect the Ethernet cable, the LAN port LED in the ONT lights up, but doesn't provide any internet or can I access the router configuration page. My WiFi speeds also started fluctuating a lot. Upload speeds were fine but I was getting download speeds of 20-30 Mbps and the ping values were fluctuating a lot. I tried to perform factory reset of the router. The LAN port started working again but the WiFi speeds are still slow. I tried to contact the LCO and they say everything is fine from their side. The current Rx power from the fibre is -23.27dBm. Is it possible that the ONT is corrupted or anything else might be causing the issue?
