I have D2H connection and my monthly recharge is around 400 Rs.
Recently Dish TV & D2H have started showing free OTT support for existing D2H customers who have recharge > 200 Rs / month.
Some 6 OTT channels are free for them to watch thru Watcho app.
When I enquired I was told that I am not eligible because some OTT subscription was availed on my number in the past.
I had Jiocinema but I closed the subscription in Jan-24.
So what it means is this free offer is only for those D2H customers who have never availed any OTT at all and totally starting fresh.
I also logged in to my D2H account online, but the option to claim OTT is missing!
