roaming of tata docomo in up east and up west...

I want to know about the status of roaming of tata docomo in up east and up west.I have bought sim from up west but right now i am residing in up west.I havent been charged anything till now but i am not able to understand that how can i use up east schemes by having up west sim.Am i eligible for the up west postpaid services benefits by residing in up east? Are data packs entitled for up west operative while residing in up east???? plz help me out......

dear tata docomo....customer care told me that there would be a roaming charge for that but i am using it for a long time and i have not been deducted anything this means there is no roaming but they are not confirming it....what shall i do?...and plz don't tell me to use customer care service as it's really pathetic.....helpme with a solution?
