facing the exact same issue here in Gorakhpur (U.P) (lco). I've got a service request active. did your problem get resolved?

ps I'm on advanced rental plan as well.

@abhishek.t I had the same issue and their technical team told me landline is not active in my state. But they have done the configuration that's why I am getting dial tone. Once the landline becomes active there would be no need to create any service request and it would start working itself.
