Contact the customer care and then they will reply saying 'Please reboot your router', which is such a stupid analogy.
My best bet is to let your fiber ware out completely and then contact them for a rewiring 'Point-to-Point' which I always used to do in a span of 4 to 6 months with my Airtel VDSL.
Now that Jio has setup its fiber boxes within my premises through the pipelines distributing through my terrace in my apartments (for every block they have placed different fiber boxes each with a 12 port or a 8 port fiber slot) - My experience has improved a lot and I had even subscribed to Airtel FTTH which got disconnected within a week due to someone cutting the fiber cable of the pole. After that I could see the fiber flying off the window and hitting the ground - trust me it is the best feeling ever. Useless Bharti has so much revenue they have yet 99 percent of its profits diving into the pockets of their shareholders.
Pole? Seriously. What is this Scam 1992? I did not expect anything from Airtel as their infrastructure and sales approach itself to people still felt that same needy greedy which really needs to removed from our nation of Republic of India.
The technician came and said your power is ok so everything is ok and there is nothing fault in the line.....so turn off your router when not in use it happens because of overheat.....is he fooling me....
