Router restarting automatically after 4-5 hours

Hey guys,
I got my excitel connection today, the router restarts automatically every 4-5 hours automatically, i have to note that the guy used the Airtel fibre cable which I already had installed before excitel for the connection, as the restarting might couse problem while gaming and meetings, any solutions guys..!!
And I'll call customer support tomorrow and update you on the same if it resolves, untill drop some suggestions.

As it was mentioned, now it is restarting randomly, not even after a specific time, as just after posting this my router restarted 3 in a span of 3 hrs, i have asked for the technician, will keep u guys updated :)
