I wouldn't mind configuring one for you! It's actually pretty easy if you know basic linux commands, SSH and networking basics (How to connect via Ethernet, and IP stuff)
the buffalo router i have does have usb port and had torrent support on the official firmware. it is running an old build of dd-wrt right now which was offered by buffalo on their official website.
Since the RaspberryPi has Python, you can probably log in to reliance broadband using something like HTTPlib to send a request to the reliance server. Can't you tell the guys (ISP) to just keep you infinitely logged in?
I stayed away from Reliance for years because of manual login. I now use a python script to login. Their servers are so bad, login page doesn't load most of the times.
