MTNL Mumbai Routing problems on MTNL Broadband?

I recently changed my router and i am noticiing my connection seems to be too slow. I am getting download speeds of 1kbps in some sites like depofiles etc. But other sites like rediff seems to work fine. But most of sites are very slow. I am on 999 conection.
I already tried using different dns but no use.
I tried speed test. i am getting good speed on indian servers but when i tried us servers it was very slow.0.15on us compared to 0.9mbs on indian servers
Can any1 help me

if possible revert back to your old router and check if its the issue with new router or with MTNL

mtnl does throttle connection and video streaming....
In morning times before 8:30 am all streaming be ok.
even 1 mb connection will play xvidO smooth while after 9:00 am it will buffer buffer and buffer lol.

I am ditching this piece crap as soon as Jio launches .mtnl hai to sab galat hai

Yep same here - everything good till 9AM or so and then now almost dead connection.

Since Sunday, October 04 2015 Morning, I am getting 6 kb / second (64kbps) download speeds on all sites and servers hosted in europe + united states. It seems like throttling. If this continued, i will be cancelling my subscription next month. I am 30gb plan and this month usage is only 3gb. I am located in Thane, Mumbai.

MTNL broadband has been extremely slow since last week-end. Called 1504 several times and only response I got was that some "work" is going on at their Prabhadevi Centre which seems to be their central hub to manage broadband internet services for all of Mumbai.

Its funny if work is going on how come it works excellent at night time?

At night time everything works as if there is no issue.

And day time they start work and everything stops! Better dont work!! hahahah

That only means it;s throttling rather repair down time

One more question How come night time it can handle the downlaod load when we ppls downlaoning @ max speed but in day time it acts like it has 1000 customer and there is only 1
shop keeper lol..
That only means mtnl middle babu has taken money to make service bad

wait are we complaining why we getting good speed in night Or we comparing why bad at day lol
