MTNL Mumbai Routing problems on MTNL Broadband?

At my office which is on SOTL 120.63 IP range, there is absolutely no problem there. Full 8 Mbps speeds throughout the day on all protocols.

Its funny if work is going on how come it works excellent at night time?

What time they consider night time, yesterday, it wasn't working fine till 10pm, i did not check after 10pm.

Well ! the browsing speed is so slow, that i cannot even manage to get my speed checked through Speedtest.
IBF opens only after continuous refreshing of the page.

MTNL's stability has degraded from Good to Worst.. unfortunately we do not have good alternatives.

This is a Reliance problem....... Undersea cable cut....... so only thing we can blame MTNL for is...... why its taking so long to start routing traffic through Airtel?.......

As long as there is a cable cut problem.... we will suffer from low speeds...... slow browsing..... high pings.... packet loss/ Timeouts.......

I am on 120.61 ip range. 2- 6 kb/second for all the sites outside india. Its even worst, speedtest is not able to connect 50% of the test servers outside india. I am not even able to browse airtel.in properly.

I registered complain with call center, they have no clue what i was talking about, then the line man called and he also have no clue what i was talking about, they both gave me some fancy number which are not reachable.

Speedtest fails. Or max 5-10KB/s speeds.

What is funny is UPLOADs are perfect!!

Clearly out going traffic from India is very low.
