An unfairly discredited but brilliant ER doctor winds up working with his younger brother in the Hamptons as a concierge doctor to the uber-rich and ultra-elite.

Started this today as well. Decent plot. Decent actors. It has run for quite long so I guess it's does not suck that much!

ok. i like this. it's not as smart like house. but it's not that bad either. and it has quite a lot of episodes to keep me busy for a while!

yeap. i guess house was same for most of the shows when the background story was not moving ahead. no way around that.

I am on S1E9... He has not yet lost a patient. This is pretty freaking stupid.

This show is like... If you are into technology... Wherever you go... People would have crashing hard disks, failing PSUs and shitz like that and you would be there with just enough screwdrivers and pen drives with software to rescue the owner of that failing machine.

I wonder if doctors go through the same thing... Visit a family, save a family member from certain death. Go on a vacation, save a stranger from a certain death. :\

Worth watching? I am about to end last season of House so need something new to start.
Also, Where are u watching it ? Can't find any decent source for this show.

this is like a lightweight edition of house. the guy is a doctor. sometimes he has to do a macgyver to come up with solutions because unless house who has access to the complete hospital, this one does home visits. not very brilliant but a decent watch for at least a few seasons. i am on the verge of completing season 2 and i am assuming i would be bored by the end of season 3.

as for the source... it is coming down at its own pace. s3 is hard to get and you would need to find individual episodes as the full season sources are generally incomplete.
