I am so tired dealing with this since 3 weeks that I wanted to bang my head on the wall .. No I did not abuse him, he told me not to call him time and again asking him why is the net not working . I mean you call customer care they are tape recorders , yes sir we are sorry for your problem, our engineers will solve your issue within 24 hours .. thats all what i get to hear ... thats why I noted this sameers and one more senior guys number called Sunil .. Sunil is the cheekiest of them all .. I called him 2 times and he just banged the phone on me ... Today I was busy i will shortly post full sequence of events with this crap company .. trust me its been very very harrowing ...

Yeah, this is why you're getting this treatment, they know you cannot dump them.
This forum was begun because the admin was facing the same treatment by Sify back in 2003. Its a very common problem in areas where there isn't choice. You are completely held hostage until the market rectifies the situation.
Does mobile solutions make any sense for you ?
Otherwise you're just going to have to suck it up until other options materialise
