Hathway in Hyderabad is giving 125 Mbps plan with no FUP @ Rs. 549 per month. Hopefully, Jio plans are similar.

It doesn't. But will IPTV consume data from our data plan? Assuming that FUP is in fact, there.

iptv does not use internet. it is kind of a local network.

I'm waiting for Airtel to reintroduce IPTV. All that no signal nonsense during rains gets on my nerves lol

it is not supposed to lol. i have used airtel iptv. it sort of worked fine even on 4mbps plan back then. one ethernet port was assigned to the stb. which had dedicated 2mbps stream separate from the 4mbps line for internet which was available through the other three ethernet ports on the router.
