Ok now I understood it, earlier I read it part by part like this:

seeks being heard before court (he wants court to hear him)

gives order on Maha Govt (i thought he gave order - hahahah)


Anyway so:

What does he want to say to court?
That you can not cancel my bail?

I guess the lawyer would raise pointers on continues harassment and lack of evidence etc. etc. hoping that the court would dismiss the case. It's not like the destroyed evidence would re-emerge somehow and paid-off witnesses would regain moral values.
