Samsung Galaxy S 4 or Lenovo Vibe x2

Looking for smartphone under 20 k
this is going to be a local purchase , exchanging Galaxy Core

The new black edition for Samsung S4 looks nice
Lenovo Vibe x 2 looks good

HD display , 2GB RAM , decent primary and secondary camera

should be able to handle HD videos , decent battery and Processor

any other choice suggestion is most welcome
