Galaxy Watch 4 firmware update renders the smartwatch nearly useless

A recent Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 firmware update appears to render the smartwatch almost useless, completely bricking the watch upon powering off.

Got this update on my Watch5 Pro. BP and ECG is enabled but IHRN is missing.

I was using Dante's mod and sticking to it until Samsung enables IHRN.
