Samsung India refusing to replace my DoA Galaxy S4 Unit

This is an interesting test of samsungs customer service The customer however is being plain harassedThese are times I feel bad being in India as a consumer who spends his hard earned money with basic expectations from a product of a global MNC

Hi,
U said u got DOA. I bought samsung Galaxy grand . But withing 24 hrs the phone was dead. I went to the store from where i bought the phoen. They directed me to the Samsung Service Center. The service center guys observed the phone and said it was dead and had hardware error. They took all items in the box and said they are waiting for DOA approval. How much time did it take to get DOA approval after service center guys filed it?

Got DOA same day and phone got replaced. Service center guys as well as Reliance digital guys were very helpful and cooperative
