SAP BSNL - Please enter a valid customer ID. what the heck ?

Hey guys,
its been 2 and half days since i got my BSNL connection up and running. However my 6GB quota seems to be already exhausted. I wanna check usage on BSNL portal to make sure but i am unable to register on the website. My account number is correct! i have already tried on all the available portals like north,west,east,south but i am unable to get myself register there, i always get the message "Please enter a valid customer ID" i assume they are refering customer ID as account number if that is the case then my account number is correct.
Any jugaad there ?
 
Since it is only 2.5 days since you got your connection, you wont have these details. Call 1504 and get your details. I had done that even for getting onto the internet. No one came from BSNL to setup my modem. You can ask them you customer id and account number. Revalidate it when they give you this, because I got a wrong digit in mine - lost in translation... sigh!

FYI, i have got 2 bills :D i got landline 1 month before broadband :P Account number has been mentioned on it everytime
