i guess seagate service centre?
its been 3 yr i brought 3 TB EXT hdd from them
no problem as such
in general u dont need any bill for seagate warrenty
few month back my cctv camera hdd got failed internal one purchased from costtocost
i asked procedure they have said please visit seagate website print the warrenty left days card
either u can visit seagate service centre or send hdd to some chennai centre
as my warrenty left peroid was just 7 days
i quickly send that to nehru palace haha they accepted
and said collect new hdd within 15 days
althought they sent me refurb one but it works great
well i guess i dont have any affinity with costtocost
these days people use net for spreadin false message
there is rought 1.5k price difference b/w costoc vs original seagate retailer in nehru palace
i chose costoc
coz retailer dont have any genuine advantage over costoc
rest upto u to choose
