Sercomm AOT-4221SR LAN ports

I am using Airtel Xtreme Fiber broadband. The router is:

Sercomm AOT-4221SR

When I connected my laptop to the router's LAN ports using an ethernet cable, the lights on either of the LAN ports light up.

Are the 4 LAN ports on this router disabled?

No. All ports are in route mode by default.

You are right. It turns out my ethernet cable was defective.
