Server Disconnection/Timeout in Games, Internet Hangs on all devices new FTTH connection

If you want to find the optimal mtu value check this thread :
By Ping test method, packet fragment happens after packet size is more than 1452.
So 1452+28=1480, which is exact MTU set in my Router.
I will try with 1460 however.
 
@Reklez setting MTU as 1460 also did not solve issue.
I set MTU as 1460 as reboot Router. After that connected mobile to WiFi and tried to update apps from Google Play Store. After 2 apps were updated, Internet connection was lost.
I am really getting surprised why Google Play Store is causing to lose connection, while during other normal browsing there is no issue. Even FireTV Stick remains connected and streaming movies in highest possible (1080p) resolution.
 
@JB701 setting static IP to mobile also did not work :(
After I set static IP, I restarted Router and Mobile. Then in DHCP Client list, mobile was displaying IP which I assigned and Lease time as Permanent.
But after I updated 2-3 apps from Google Play Store, connectivity lost.
