Earlier YOU tele service was bad but now their service is improved. Not technically but technical engineer do visit our place to check problem. Atleast in Pune where I have taken connection, I got good support. My plan is 192 kbps in day UL & 512 kbps in night UL. in night using Torrent I get up to 60 KBps speed which is good. I nday I get up to 30 KB speed if I download something using IDM or FDM. I mean via download manager's.
