Set up MTNL Wifi at home?

Ive got quite a few routers in mind. AvidWatcher, how much are you willing to spend ?Changing modem will not change sync speed.

Can any wi-fi router work with MTNL? How's Belkin and specifically Binatone DT845W? I've seen this being used with Airtel Broadband connections.Also, are connection drops mainly due to modem or exchange issues?
