Sharing DataOne over bluetooth

hey guys i was just came about an article over the inet on using bluetooth to use the broadband(Dataone in my case) connection in the pc in the mobile phone.it sounds quite interesting.but i could get any further in implementing it.so can u guys shed some light on the topic.it would b nice for casual browsing at high speed without the high cost and slow speeds of gprs.

as of now m having a Nokia n73 and have bluesoleil dongle in my desktop.i use the dial-up way to connect everytime.have a ut300r2u modem.heres the url of the article.
