Shift your Excitel connection to a new location "hassle free"

i don't know how this works coz clicking this notification just loaded the excitel app.

i had to shift my connection in mid 2025. they said it isnt feasible at new address and didnt give a refund, i had taken annual plan and 9 months was left. i asked for pro rata refund but they said no, i filed a consumer court case online and after one month got the refund. then at new address i tried getting new connection from same excitel with different phone number, had to bribe to the technician guy 800rs and got the excitel connection at same new address.

trust me "hassle free" is a lie.

File a complaint on PG PORTAL govt website by attaching bill proof and ask for refund due to relocation grievance, also use the above shared Relocation hassle free image as another proof. And since u aren't cancelling but want relocation so their "no refund" doesn't hold. Try this.

if everything else fails then don't return the cpe items unless untill refunded fully.

Complained on pg portal , and they closed the complaint mentioning the location is not feasible and refund cant be processed as the location provided by customer is not feasible and the connection is not on pro-rata basis.
I did not have proper time to fight and hence i opted for Railwire fibre and viola , after a week i saw Excitel stickers on electricity poles in my society . but what can be done now ...... i already have opted for Railwire and using it ...and its 6 months plan so will have to go with it till december.

If you have excitel cpe then don't return, this much you can do. Such a bullcrp company, no doubt left as the ceo left too stating other ventures lol. Even Jio and Airtel refunds once complained on PG PORTAL. Try making 2 to 3 complaints more to annoy and force a return else just sit on their cpe for indefinite time

@Kaiju404 bro ,this time if i complaint they will install it ,as they have put wire in my society but as i have opted for new connection then this will be useless for me apart from this i will have to pay some amount as relocation charges too.
Hence i will need to drop this plan now .

Sure drop this plan but don't return any equipment till you get refunded just make sure this.

Is that relocation charges mentioned in terms and conditions? check this.... if not then also on the other hand you can take up Excitel relocated as backup connection if you ain't using ur bsnl fiber.
