heya guys !! im surrendering this connection :madness:now, i want ur help ppl !!shud i go with BSNL or MTNL ?? which is better ?? my pc is ON 24x7 for downloading purposes !!thank U !

U can only go for MTNL.........there's no BSNL in delhi, and will never be there coz MTNL is there.....if u can understand that

confirm with MTNL first if they will give u connection immediately or it will take time..then surrender airtel... or best let MTNL start first then surrender airtel

I'd suggest you stick with Airtel.... coz I've got no idea what MTNL does in terms of customer service and of course their wonderful billing system!

from what I hear when MTNL works, it works awesome (better than Airtel), but when it doesn't work - good luck! Their customer care is unsurprisingly poor, and their turnaround times to solving problems is probably nowhere as good as Airtel's. Gauge what people in your neighbourhood think of MTNL BB.
