should i change ONT ethernet cable from CAT 5E to CAT 6? would it make a difference?

i was just wondering if a high capacity CAT 6 cable would actually make a difference in lets say ping or load times?
or it wont work?

interference, crosstalk etc. come into play with longer distances, a higher cable will definitely be more resilient in those situations. but like a '1m' cat 7 cable? that is really a joke.

@Zuke yes i have ditched the shitty airfiber after like 5 days of downtime to a local isp now
im getting 2ms in counter strike and website load times are pretty fast

now i will just get a VPN to avoid having paranoia about my data being watched
