Should i go the jio dual band router Or buy a separate one and connect it thru ethernet?

I’m getting the fiber installed today. I opt.ed for the 1500rs plan so i guess I will get the single band from them. Should i buy the dual band from them or get one from TP-Link , Mi etc

JioFiber 2.4 Ghz wifi is getting detected as a mobile hotspot on my devices. Due to this, the connected devices start working in data saver mode. 5 Ghz wifi works normally. I already tried resetting the router but to no avail. Anyone else having similar experience ?

No @mate, both bands working fine here. First time I'm even hearing something like this. It's happening with all your devices or only one/few?

Even i am experiencing something like this for the first time @Dave . I am facing this on all my devices - mobiles, laptop and smart tv.
