Should I take reliance broadband?

The reviews are bad and its been a month since i called for a new connection and i havent got a call yet.
Other options I have are tikona, railwire, act, airtel.

Act doesnt have 2mbps unlimited like railwire or reliance. And a friend here has his railwile connection down from 2 months and the tech people havent visit him after complaining repeatedly so im scared of railwire in this area.
But I will go for act if im left with nothing else. Seems good with post FUP 1mbps.

Now they said its not available in the area. There's tikona which has post 20,55gb fup speed 1mbps. But it has shared connection or something(dont know technical term). Is that bad for stable connection?

I have been using reliance broadband for about a year now. No down time as far as I can remember, very prompt customer service, and speed is as promised. I use 4mbps no FUP plan
