Dude,did u format your hdd by any chance?bcos i did format it once,my showcase vod had no programs.later it got restored again..may be this was just a co-incidence for me,but m just sharing it with u.

I did not format my HDD. I was checking this after a long time. Mabee they must have deleted as I was not using this service.

Try switching off the STB and wait for some 5 mins and put it back on.. Else call CC and ask them to refresh your TS account.
