Sify Believes In Right To Info.. (including File Notings)

hey guys check this out if u have a sify broadband connection..

just go there.. type in ur user name and pass..

u will be logged in...

here u can view each and every complaint u make.. its status.. and everything...

it aslo gives u info when u call who attends ur call.. etc..

the file notings in my case were like
executive name (date)

the cust called again.. seems very irritated.. pls resolve it asap..[/b]

well, they truly belive in right to information that is sure.. but otherwise its been a long time (5 days)since my complaint has been resolved (although the resolution time is 24 hrs)
 
I've seen it a month ago, believe me its of no use. they'll close any case wihtout your knowledge and some of the cases might stay open for months. but in 1 case its useful. sify ppl can't fool you around coz all the notes are in there whenever you've called them or had a chat all the record is there. somehow good step i can say.
 
do they list all the cases ? i don't think sou can only search for them if u have the case idor am i blind ?edit: nevermind. figured it out.
 
this was there from the starting... had used it 2 yrs agoits useful to track the executives u talked to
