Sify Broadband: DC++ and Khar

Hi, I stay at Khar and use to run DC ++ till about a couple of months ago. Then all the hubs were blocked. Now they have started but I cannot connect to any. My friends from New Bombay say they are connected but I am not. Do I need to do any specific changes?

Thats where the problem is, i am not in navi mumbai. So how can i access it from khar

You can't access Navi Mumbai hubs from Khar. You can only access your LAN...

Guys this is final. Now onwards you can't access the other lans. The lans with a same ip and gateway can only make a hub.
