Sify cheating the customer, again

how are you eligible for the compensation pack? and if you had a 128 kbps pack u get 48 kbps as compensation?

i justed asked CC they told 10-8 download unlinited is only for NIGHT UNLIMITED PACKS other UNLIMITED packs cannot cross more than 150 MB per day if they cross per 25 Mb 1 day will be cutsify is waste

eligible...hmm...urm...well, if you can satisfy that they're are fault for something, u'll get the compensation...and the packs are usually of 64 kbps speed...

well, with Sify everything is possible...i got their comp packs quite a no. of times...they're always 64 kbps...
