sign out of jio ott setup box

after factory data reset, jio setup box still signs me in with my jio fibre automaticaaly. how do i prevent it as i want to return this box to jio

You would have to reset it and use any other network for connectivity as jio set top box automatically logs in when connected to jiofiber.

Thnx also can you tell how do i delink my zee5 from stb box. I have 4k plan vut jio complimentary plan does not let me play in 4k

i changed my registred mobile once with jio ott box but now in 2 different mobiel account zee5 is running with jio pack. what to do?
