What do you mean by unlocking? If a "Telus" device works with Airtel or Jio, it is not locked to the original service provider. If there is an option of flashing a different firmware, then it could indeed support other bands/CA combinations.

Which 5G band does the device latch on to when connecting to Airtel?

@Sujeeth110 The supported CA combinations is usually something that is set in the hardware, the 5G modem which is inside the device. So I don't think that would change.

You can look up the data sheet of the 5G modem to see the supported CA combinations.

I stay in rural place where there is no option apart from Jio Airfiber. Should i buy 5G CPE or go with Jio Airfiber option?

Anyone know how to find a perfect spot for placing the 5G CPE for better speed and improved performance?
Another dumb question is
Can you use a indoor CPE use in a outdoor area like in a closed roof terrace or balcony

Any one using JIO 5g sim in 5g CPE, any suggestions on Model to get from Overseas?
Got a F50 5G hotspot. Jio 5g does not work on IPV4 websites, but works well for IPV6 websites.
Is there any potential fix for this?
Airtel just works fine, but JIO signal is much better for me.
