I also have the same problem.what is this problem?!!! i am using dial up connection to post this. i did give my username and password in that site and nothing seems to happen.then i thought it would be phishing and now i changed my username and password..but the problem is still there.:@

Did you succeed to login in that page? if so Just restart your pc and report if the problem still persists.

the URL is

http://ssss-multiplay.bsnl.co.in:8080/ssssportal.war/

This site refers to BSNL's "MULTIPLAY" service only. I looked up what is this Multiplay and it seems to be another BSNL sevice called "broadband on demand" mostly for IPTV and gaming etc. It does not apply to regular broadband customers

I started getting the 1GB exceeded message this Saturday morning and I called the local Cochin BSNL service center. They told me that they received many calls already about this and have contacted the Bangalore Office to find out what is going on. They said it would be "fixed" the same day, but even today (Sunday) it is the same.

It had happened to me once before also -- about 2 months back -- again on the 1st of the month (I believe it was Sept 1st). but that resolved by itslef after about 24 hours.

Login ID and password doesn't work. Says it is incorrect. I think it is not being recognized becasue I don't have 'multiplay" service.

Looks like a major glitch and will have to wait until Monday because all the BSNL goons must be busy enjoying their rum and wiskey today. Wonder how may are affected. Maybe it will happen again on another 1st of the month.

My Ip starts with 117.XXX.XXX.XXX

Problem solved here.I heard someone hacked BSNL:O

Exactly where did you hear that? I don't think so...its just a handy work of the retards at bsnl. I hope they get run over by a truck- none of my team members could access my backend db services remotely on my pc because of this nag screen.:@

If this continues I'm switching to corporate connection.

From Post No 17.
Am using VPN mobile right now & my bandwidth limit is 20 Gb Home 3300
What has Usage portals of BSNL got to do with your office
"retards" accessing your VPN network / your PC?
Post the problem separately with details of modem/router switch/ no of computers in VPN etc.

You mean in your computer and theirs, you get only this nag screen ?
Nothing else ? !!!!!!

I'm talking about that nag screen, I know I haven't exceeded my usage limits since i've got 20 gb. Use your eyes and read the first post. I run several services that require open HTTP and other protocols...so this nag screen is stopping my programs to respond to the client requests. Anyway...there are no retards in my office..only good hardworking people.
