I think you can change your plan online...When you login in their website, there is an option 'My Tariff Plan'. On clicking that it opens a page showing your Current Tariff Plan..at the bottom there is a button 'Change my Plan'....This is it...

Yup I know tht. But when u submit ur plan it will ask tht ur request is posted and a representative will call u within 24 hrs. And when they call they will simply tell u to personally submit the plan change form at their office. This was what I had to undergo ....

Its a stupid policy where you can 'submit' your request online... THEN you HAVE to go to their bloody office... but i also hear you can fax it to them..

But i have a USB modem, and the connection speed in the system tray shows 544kbps
Though i'm not getting that speed, i wish i could

Well needed a small help. I have the infinity 64kbps router connection. Wanted to change the plan to 128kbps UL. Where do i get the form from? Customer care told to fax tht thing to the, and it wod take effect from next billing cycle. Dont wanna fax it, any place in Mumbai where I can fill that form and submit then and there?

Here is the form http://www.tataindicombroadband.com/Planchange.pdf . They implemented my plan change in 1 day itself. I was on modem and 512kbps 2000mb plan and opted for router 256kbps unlimited plan. When I deposited the form at their office they asked me to pay the over usage of last month. I paid there itself and my plan was changed. Next day I got the router and speed was 256 kbps. Also The bill i got this month is according to new plan .
