I had the problem for 2 days. There was no speed at all. I mailed them and after that an engineer from Local cable came to my house. The problem he told was related to switch which he checked in the terrace i think
 
Even i am facing the prob from 2-3 days.but no one has yet come to my place to check the s/m.u r lucky that ur prob is silved within 2days otherwise they take not less than a week.
 
juned just call the customercare and blast them. They will surely solve the problem. Tell them what the hell are you providing service.
 
i had my problems for more than 3 weeks, what do you think? they come and solve the problem in days....you have to do a lot to get them to your place. It takes lot of energy, patience, frustation, anger and a combination of all when nothing happens.i will be back to 64Kbps once this month is over. atleast i won't feel the pinch of spending a bomb on 256kbps with state of the art BS customer support.
 
dont expect more than 6KBps from this pack too.i was getting abt 18-20KBps when i renewed but now it has fallen to almost 2-3 KBps and is still going down with time.(Edit: Don't quote the last post, use FastReply button)
