slow download speeds on mtnl broadband

i am experiencing slow download speeds since yesterday. i did a speed test, to mumbai server it seems fine but when i choose a US/Europe server the download speed drops down to 250 kbps to 500kbpsmy plan is 1Mbps Unltdi've made a complaintanybody else facing the same issue?

something weird i noticed. some downloads are really slow while some are better. however its lower than the avg speed i am supposed to get

How much speed are you getting on Mumbai server?If its alright then no need to worry as you will always get lower speed on servers outside Mumbai during speedtest.

well the OS upgrades i used to get normal speeds.. now it averages between 30 to 35 kB/s
