Slow Download Speeds On Nokia G-2425G A

I have been Using Airtel 300 Mbps Plan and have been getting download speed of about 100- 200 mbps on lan cable from the last 5 days.
I am experiencing these speeds both on Static IP and PPPoE .
Static IP is on Nokia ONT and PPPoE on my Mikrotik Router.
Can this be a DNS issue? Is there a option to change this in PPPoE?
Or Is It Something Else?
Upload Speeds are excellent always 350+ .
The Router Is Locked.

Nokia ont lan 4 in bridge
lan 4 to to Mikrotik rb750gr3 have dialled pppoe here in mikrotik.
Static is running in nokia ont.

are you able to edit wan configuration in Nokia ONT?
Were you getting full speeds- 340-360Mbps up/down before?
Whats the MTU/MRU value in Mikrotik for PPPoE interface?

no Nokia is locked if you could help me in unlocking it using mac it would be of great help
Yes was getting full speeds previously, 6 days ago there was a network outage / technician said it was a electricity problem in tower.
After that this started.
actual MTU -- 1480

set MTU-1500 for PPPoE parent interface, 1492 will automatically assigned to PPPoE interface. I doubt that will make any difference. You can try your luck.
Yes, I can help unlock Nokia ONT, I unlocked the one I had. for that Sushubh must allow us to contact somewhere out of this forum.

@anmolbhard004 why don't you raise a service ticket on the App for this issue? Why go through so much hassle? It's not worth the effort. Only Airtel can fix this issue from their end either by replacing the ONT or whatever it takes. Check if your Rx and Tx power is correct(<-25 Dbm).
If you are facing browsing/streaming related issues then it's a DNS issue probably. Contact Airtel to get this resolved.

Don't try to unlock your ONT as you may end up bricking it or your connection may get blacklisted for doing the same(as told by FR guy in my city).

@rajat_ yes have raised a ticket hope they fix this today, the problem with airtel business one is that you can only raise complaints through their website or call them its just too frustrating.

-24.33 is too much. Ideal should be above -21 . Raise complaint and ask field engineer to fix the power.
