Slow Loading of Photos and Videos on Telegram with Jio Fiber Any Solutions?

Hey, I've noticed that photos and videos are loading slowly on Telegram with my Jio Fiber. Does anyone know why this is happening? Even the download speed is very slow, almost like it's capped.

Hey @Zuke in my terminal when I'm trying to ping 1.1.1.1 or any other DNS it says "request time out" why is it happening although my internet is working ...

So, you can use those DNS for web browsing but can't ping? Weird.

I don't know why this is happening, but I previously used Cloudflare DNS because it provided a 6 ms response time, whereas Google DNS gave 35 ms. Despite this, Telegram still isn’t loading well both my phone and pc . @Zuke

@Zuke oh damn i just disable the "Forbid Ping Packet From LAN Port" that's why im not able to ping, but still the telegram speed slow loading

Also i has used jio fiber before
They do heavy scanning of everything hence the slow telegram loading
